Your Security Officer has to send in paperwork to your Core person if you're a contractor. They will receive an e-mail when your card is ready. Bring your I-9 & whatever you used for ID originally. Not sure how if you're a government employee. I would think your boss (Branch Head) would send paperwork to your Core.
