Hi Diana. We had to make the decision a few years ago to become out of network providers with Davis Vision. Participating with the plan would not allow us to provide the level of care, customer service, patient experience and quality of products that we've built our reputation on. Depending on your specific situation, your medical insurance may cover some or all the cost of your exam.
