We just competed a renovation our offices to allow more space between customers and employees. We have ventilation fans. Masks for employees and customers are encouraged. We are wiping down surfaces regularly to reduce transmission and have hand sanitizer by credit card terminals for customers. We have implemented new software to allow customers to sign rental documents online, reducing in-person contact time. We also encourage telephone orders, curbside pickup and emailed receipts to reduce contact. We are trying to make people comfortable as we incorporate changes in our business. Health and safety should also allow us to interact as humans.
