Hello Christina, we do allow service dogs, but not ESA or or PSD animals/dogs. Only service animals are allowed at Boldt Castle and on Rock Island. I hope this helps to answer your questions.

Based on the two tours I went on I would be surprised if they wouldn't allow a support dog. They're very customer friendly
I was on 2 tours on July 4th weekend and there were service dogs on both.
They have several tour boats so just call & check.
