Jon, this control board sits directly behind the plastic keypad. This unit is an in wall unit. They are a little trickier to remove but still not impossible. The oven has 2 trim pieces that run vertically along the left and right side of the oven. You first have to remove those trim pieces. Once you remove those it should expose the screws needed to remove the keypad. The control board is screwed into the back of the control board. Once you have turned the power off you should take pictures of how everything is plugged in. Then begin u plugging all the cables. Once you have removed the cables and the screws the keypad and control board can come out as one unit. If you are only sending in the control board then you can simply unscrew the screws holding the control board to the keypad. Feel free to call us if you have additional questions.
