You can see the entire brewing operation through the windows in the restaurant. The tour consists of walking from your table to the restrooms and watching the Brewers on the other side of the glass work their magic. The excellent food/beer are great reasons to go here, the super friendly staff is a reason to stay longer than you would in a typical restaurant.
You definitely want to try the beer cheese soup and the soft pretzels! It's fabulous! Also the poutine is great as a meal.
