Most banks and credit unions have a notary at all times. I would start by calling around to make sure they have one before driving all over town in case Saturday is different. My daughter is a notary and works Saturday mornings at a bank in Blue Springs.
I think on Antioch in the Northland 9- noon is the hours I am Truely not sure
