I feel like if you are a billion dollar company that the pumps should work. It seems like every single time I'm there, whatever pump I choose will not accept a debit card. I have not had a bad experience with customer service. This rating is purely based on my experience getting gas.

As always, nothing negative to say about QuikTrip. As an international traveler, I can say without a doubt that QuikTrip has the cleanest stores, the highest levels of customer service, and they live up to the name of their business. Restroom facilities are always, ALWAYS sparkling. Food stations are always well kept. Employees are prompt and friendly, taking care of customers first and with respect and care. This is soon to be a national chain, not just to the confines of the Midwest region of the United States.
