We have one Womens only class at the moment, every Thursday night at 6pm. Ages are 15-up, and this class is completely free for all women. We have an affiliate in midtown who has their Womens only class every Monday night at 530pm, also free to women. You are welcome to both!
We have both 6-9 year old class as well as 10-14 year old class! We are starting both classes next week the first of February. Thanks for inquiring, please let them know if they are interested. Any other questions please let me know!
