Why does management only care about themselves and not the empoyees who are not management, also why is it so difficult to find cart pushers and register attendants, from a previous employee who won't return to work at walmart

I think the question should be why do people behave the way they behave. And why is it that people do not want to work.

Only had good experience with manager, stopped and helped attendents help us find what I was looking for-to the point looked it up on his phone when it wasn't were he thought it might be. There was actually 3 people trying to help me and we ended up finding out the item had to be ordered on line and could be picked up at the store. I was totally impressed with how I was treated by all. This type of cooperation would not happen in the St. Louis area Wal-Marts!

I dont think its fair to group every management at every store together. I have to say everyone has bad days and from hourly employees all the way up thru management and even corporate. You never know what is going on in a persons life. Maybe people called in or didnt show up. You never know what happened with staffing that day or what stresses they have had. This time of year is hard for management and non management employees alike. Maybe cut everyone a break and dont be so judgemental.
