I have went there for years. My dentist now only works orthodontics and so the dentist I saw was some lady who didn’t listen to me. I had facial swelling, jaw pain and in need of antibiotics and a root canal. They suggested I go somewhere else because it would take a month before anybody could help me. Then knowing I’m on blood thinners told me to take ibuprofen for the pain (which can cause me internal bleeding.) It wasn’t until I was crying feeling helpless that I was actually prescribed an antibiotic.they made me feel like they didn’t want to deal with me and didn’t care. The office lady that helped me was very kind but the rest of the staff is a joke. I honestly feel like they were rude to me bc of my appearance. Also if you come in for a toothache, why the hell would the denture on the opposite side of your mouth be the cause. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m looking for another dentist. One who actually knows what they are doing since mine no longer works dentistry there anymore. If he has to work with those idiots, I see why. Ridiculous.

I came in for scheduled appointment and for the first time, the receptionist for braces came off a bit rude. She let me know I was a payment behind in a rudely manner and usually I get a call to be informed on a behind payment but nope that surprised me.
