Looking for no msg and no soy options. Is that possible with Chinese food? Do you offer anything with these restrictions?

Definitely MSG. I used to get an MSG "buzz" when I went there. As for soy, apart from tofu, you can ask for tamari as opposed to normal soya sauce.

I am pretty sure they are msg free. Soy free might be a little challenging unless you want stuff w/white sauce.
