Walk-ins are not usually a problem, but you may want to avoid Saturday mornings when they are quite busy.
they get really packed toward the weekend, and especially this time of the year. But sometimes you might get lucky. I'd make an appointment or at least call ahead.
They take walk- ins for sure..i don't remember ever having to wait long, they are well staffed.
Definitely, rarely have to wait when I walk in.
