I didn't need one when I went there (9:00 am), bit that's because I ordered a CityPass prior to me coming to Chicago. However, I heard that if you rather order tickets on site as you walk in, you better get ready to wait 15-30 minutes to get in during mornings and nearly 30-90 minutes in the late afternoon.
You buy the tickets in advance for a specific timeslot
I will recommend you buy your tickets online in advance.
If you go on weekday before 4pm th wait won't be to long
Not required. Advised.
It is advisable to make a reservation in advance to avoid a long line at the entrance and suddenly find that the ticket office is sold out. It saves you time.
I would recommend buying tickets online. You do not need a reservation, but tickets reserve a time period for entry.
It is advisable you set up a date and time.
Yes. Buy the the ticket in advance.
Reservations are highly recommended. We arrived at 9:00 a.m., tickets were available for purchase starting the next day.
You can buy tickets onsite but of course you have to fall in line and wait for the next schedule maybe 30min interval. However, it is better to buy online so you can pick the time you want to go in. We did wait for our time scheduled at 10am.
It's generally a good idea to reserve tickets, however you can buy them on site. Same with CityPass
No, you don't needed but buying the tickets ahead it was better specially because we wanted to go at night
You don't NEED but much easier and quicker to make reservation ahead of time. Recommend getting Chicago citypass makes visiting the top spots cheaper
It will cost you more than $200
I did not need one recently. But please call them once as rules are changing everyday due to COVID
Yes you need an appointment.
