It should biy be a problem. I wiuld suggest having the person look around on the 103rd floor for soemtime around so they get the hang of it, befofe you show them the actual ledge

It's really safe, you have to walk and wait at the line for a while take an elevator to the 110th floor, not sure about how the patient handles the feeling of height, you should ask to your Dr.
