I have always dropped off and picked up curbside. Everyone is always ready to go,either way.
The airline will take her curbside if it's prearranged

Yes, kind of, they might bother you but you just have to tell them why. They get irritated because many people lie about it. There is probably a time limit.

Park in the cell phone lot until they get baggage and get to curb side. Have her call when ready. You can then pick up curbside. Remember to tip. Unless you have handicap sign for your car, curb parking is sometimes hard to negotiate.

If you set it up then they can bring her to you in a wheelchair.
You can't park curbside. You can be dropped off curbside and have someone circle around until you are ready to come out together.
It shouldn't be a problem if you call ahead and let them know that you need Assistance.
