The order to quarantine stands if you were in any high risk areas either international or domestically. You should refrain from flying at all if you have had exposure to anyone infected with COVID-19 and/or you're showing any symptoms. If you're not staying in Chicago the order to quarantine is not applicable.
Mandatory Mask in the airport at all times and on the plane... Sometimes if ur using a cloth they make u double up on the mask
