It appears to be roughly 10 minutes and I don't believe you have to re-enter security.
That's a tough one.. i don't really know because i only go there as a flight attendant in transit. Yo can make form one side of the airport to the other in less than 15 minutes at a good pace. I'll check the next time I'm there so i can answer this properly.
