Can I get a wheelchair assistance at the river walk?

If you go to the mouth of the river near the harbor, you can get a wheelchair on the Riverwalk from there.

The access we used had stairs. But the newer parts are accessible.

I am also a tourist here and did not see any wheelchair along riverside.

There are ramps along the Riverwalk. I'm not sure if they provide wheelchairs there.
