It reviews everything in our worls regarding science and industry. If you visit one museum this has to be it. See the only U-Boat ever captured, see how a coal mine works, see how manufacturing lines work and make YOU a gyroscope for $5. See a tesla coil blast bolts of lightning and hear it's power, see airplanes, automobiles, trains, and spacecraft! More to see than hours in a day!
Ken and Kim nailed it.
Ditto. recommend
I recommend getting tickets for the tour of the submarine, especially if you have any interest in WWII.
It was part of 1893's Columbian Exposition and is the Western Hemisphere's largest science museum. It has a captured German WWII submarine, the U505 and an Enigma machine. A large train layout, some of those Body Works plasticine people, a coal mine, the Coleen Moore fairy castle dollhouse, and so much more.
It is a really fun place with A LOT of interactive exhibits and activities.
