Stopped by SB before flight at 6am. Staff wasn't ready and for some reason couldn't take cash...only credit card..had a line of 20 +people and could not get customer taken care of... Need to have someone in charge that cares about making SB money and customer service, no doubt lost at least$60 just in time I was standing there.
