Is it cash only or a bit of both?

Most all of the stands take cash but there is an atm in green dragon in building 1

It's a little of both! Most of the food take cash. There are some places that carry more expensive things, like the hand made wood products, antiques, clothes, that do take a card. There is an ATM in the office. When I used it last, maybe 2 years ago they charged 3.00.
