9am - 9pm
9 to 9 is right, but the outside vendors pack up early and many are gone by 5 or 6.
Just Fridays,and outside vendors may pack earlier , weather permitting, basically depends on weather. Some wait it out,some pack it up. The buildings stay open though.
Is this open on Saturday? Or just Fridays?
