What gives you the right to charge a tip every time you make a delivery? Especially when you split my order many times. This is not going to fly with me and if this is your policy then I will shop elsewhere.

It is not the delivery drivers fault the order was split. They might not even know. So they don't deserve a tip? Soon nobody will want to do the deliveries and you can go pick it up yourself.

How about placing bbn order and person picking saying 1/4 items you want are "not available"..go in and there it is in stock! If you do place an order and ANYTHING is missing or damaged notify store right away!

My friend has same complaint that's terrible. Report to the better business bureau

If I were you I would contact the store and ask why they are doing this. I would be just as upset as you are.
