Service is horrible the fight for everything they are cheap as hell I have only been here for a month paying 1485 and they want to control everything you do in your apartment. They say all services are included but they literally control everything including thermostats plus the property manager will never negotiate with you she will flat say no to everything worst decision moving here DO NOT MOVE HERE.

That you would get a better answer from the leasing office than l. So far from what l have seen the buildings are 3 levels...each one has 6 steps up & down to get to each level but l have only been in 1 ir 2 of the buildings. Give their leasing office a call as the staff there are very pleasant & can answer your questions better than my limited observations.
