The hours are posted as 10 am -8pm Saturday...the store never opened...no manager, no sign that they are closed due to emergency...no message on voice mai... no posting g on line.. We were told we could pick up our purchase today....apparently not!!!! Will never return!!!!

Yes, they do. The pricing is different for carry in items. They won’t engrave anything over a certain dollar amount and it has to be something that fits in the engraving machine. Glass, metal and wood items- no heirlooms, must be something that they can replace if the item were misengraved or damaged.
