In the early morning about 95% of customers are wearing masks. After 4pm... Mostly no one wears a mask. I typically stop at this location early morning to grab lunch for work on my way to St George, at 5:30ish pm I stop by again to grab dinner for my kids on my way back to Colorado city. I'm new to this area, but my general consensus is that most people here will not wear a masks sure to just the culture of the area.
Employee's wear masks an it's posted masks are required but about 1/3 of people going in don't. No enforcement of masks
