Is this market worth taking a whole morning and shopping there. I haven't seen to many questions about the shopping experience at this place. I've never been and I live a mile and a half away for 6 yrs now and never been because I always assumed it was cash only like the ones up north or in other counties. As a sole caretaker to my mom her medications call for a new diet with fresh fruits and vegetables. This market would be a God send to me. Is the shopping and varieties of vegetables worth the money.

We use cash...they do have an ATM though.

You will find that some vendors take credit, while others do not. There is an ATM, but now and then it isn't working so don't rely on it exclusively. The market can run your ebt card and you will get tokens to use with the food vendors, and as stated above you can use your ebt to get double up food bucks to use on fresh fruit and vegetables.

Many vendors accept cards. But cash is preferred.
