What are the pros and cons of doing the colonic, I want to try because I’ve been having stomach problems but what is the bad side to doing it? I’ve done a lot of research but I want to hear from other too?

Talk to your primary first they may or may not recommend a colonic if you're having stomach issues but otherwise i would highly recommend it it helps get rid of old and hard feces especially if you eat meat the price is very reasonable most places charge way more i can't give you any cons but talk to your doctor
