I have been coming here for a few years. The first time I came I was so nervous but felt like I really needed it...AND BOY WAS I RIGHT. The owner is so very nice and makes sure that you are comfortable and understand the process. I just had one today and as soon as I got off the table I could feel the difference.

It's a very small tube maybe the size of a woman's pinky finger. It doesn't go up far. You insert it yourself with instructions they give and you turn the water on with a switch and thats all you gotta Do. I suggest drink plenty of water to help avoid cramping but it doesn't hurt at all. You'll feel so much better after and you literally loose pounds of waste right away.
What are you looking to have? They have several different services..
Talk to your primary first they may or may not recommend a colonic if you're having stomach issues but otherwise i would highly recommend it it helps get rid of old and hard feces especially if you eat meat the price is very reasonable most places charge way more i can't give you any cons but talk to your doctor
