If you haven't been here in a while (or at all), come by and give it another shot! The Bottle Shop just recently fully re-opened for the first time since the pandemic. There's indoor seating and an adorable outdoor patio to hang out and enjoy a beverage and snack. Beer, wine, kombucha, and coffee on tap. Beer and wine to go. Free wifi. And on the grocery side, the product mix includes more familiar staples now, alongside the high quality local, organic, and other sorts of unique food available. Oh, and the store welcomes anyone to shop there; you don't have to be a member-owner! (And if you are interested in becoming a member-owner so you can be involved in the organization's direction and decisions, one of the best perks is the Shop Local program, where you get discounts at dozens of other neighborhood businesses just for being a member of KCFC!)

When you sign-up to be a member you are purchasing a share in the business! The difference with co-ops is that every member, no matter how much equity they put into the co-op all have equal shares and equal votes within the business. You can sign-up to become a member anytime in the store! Thanks.
