Not too long ago I asked Whole Foods to bring in a shipment of Elder Berries whole organic. I was informed that I could place a specialty order. Note in Utah wild elder berries are public-open to pick above Silver Lake Flats in American Fork.

Not sure, they are seasonal. You might want to call before you go to see if they have them today.
