I have 1 yr otr experience and a 0 CSA score. Will I have to go out with a trainer?

If you have recent driving experience they will give you a road and backup test and if you pass the will give you a truck.

It depends how recent the experience is. At most, you have to get an evaluation, but that doesn't take long. If the experience is recent and verifiable, you could go right out after being hired. Call recruiting and they will walk you through the whole process, without the empty promises or BS you hear other places.
