5 weeks out 1 week in minus 2 day travel
I've worked at Pride since July 2014 2 years OTR then went Local and have had no complaints so far. As OTR I got plenty of miles about 2700-3000 avg/week and no troubles with getting home time( I did 1 day for every week I was out but they work with you if you need more often). They aren't the highest paying, but about average for no endorsements. As with all companies it depends on what dispatcher you get, but for the most part they're all good just a matter of if your personalities and expectations on how much you run match. Some will push you hard but if that's not what your looking for a quick call and your moved to a different dispatcher. There isn't really much of a "front office" a side from a receptionist to transfer calls unless you mean Safety, HR, Recruiting, and Payroll and the communications are pretty solid between all of the above and dispatch. OTR Trucks are mostly well maintained, just the usual occasional lemon in mix.
For every week out it was 1 day off. Office and dispatch in the same building use to be same floor not sure about it now. As for accord who knows Communication used to be bad, don't know if it's changed. Not a bad company to work for, but they do need improvements when they say they care about their drivers. If you go with them; good luck, blessings to you
