No. For sure. Great customer service. Fun place. The Northern lights candles have me going in every few weeks.
Try putting cold water and dish soap on the finger...sometimes helps the ring slide off....hand sanitizer may work as well. We have never cut a ring off a swollen finger.
I'm not sure but I would not think so. It's more like a jewelry and art store I don't think they would do that but you can call and ask. Good luck!
