Technically there is none but it is a very classy establishment so i would make an effort to dress up a bit.
Bar is in a separate room and a bit more relaxed. Dining room is more traditional. The restaurant is very nice with early 20th century decor. Its Lambertville so no one is going to look at you funny if you're in jeans.

Yes, I would say neat and casual!
Nice jeans, w/o painter's splatters etc are fine, and a nice T-shirt fine during week, prob casual collared shirt on Fri/Sat/Sun, IMHO.
