Take exit 357 on I-15, there will be a Flying J with a huge parking lot. Go west toward what looks like a dead end road, you'll take a left (south) and go down a two lane road with a brown ranger station. You'll stop there and pay $15 per vehicle (you can use the Flying J parking lot if you're meeting people. They accept card and cash) and enter the park.
