It's not mandatory, however it is advisable. They work on a schedule. Small groups of people together /or not together have to take a short class, then fly together as a group. Small groups of 2 & 4 people may get joined with other small groups. 1 instructor per group. Or just pop in on a less busy time and be flexible on time.
