Kohl’s always has great finds and deals. The checkout line is long every time I’m at this location, but the staff is friendly and helpful, and they try and keep the line moving as quickly as they can.

Kohl's, located off 119th and Metcalf, Overland Park, KS, has in-store shopping from 10 AM and offers expanded clothes for the entire family, fewer kitchen itemsthan before, some pet comfort items, seasonal decor and very few jewelry items. What is unique is the addition of SEPHORA PRODUCTS. You must check out Kohl's for their Clearance items throughout the store, now, 07-10-2022. Mgb.

Always too hot inside and Long lines for mostly ugly, low quality clothing with price-games/ "sales" are intentionally complex. Most employees are friendly and helpful if you ask them for assistance but there are one or two long-timers you learn to avoid because they seem to take pleasure in denying you the same courtesies the others recognize are simply part of being a great customer service provider while sticking to reasonable policy boundaries. Each experience I've had here over the last few years ( regardless of the COVID effect) has degraded and pushed me away until I cringe at the thought of going back here. One positive is the bathrooms are always clean and they now have a water bottle refill station instead of drinking fountains.
