It's an OK retailer, a bit over priced. I've seen the same dress at Macy's for lesser prices,sometimes it pays to check both depending on what you're looking for. Seriously saw a dress of the same designer/label,same color & fabric! It was 50$$ less at Macy's. I'm thinking that was more than coincidence,Ijs🙂

Wife was looking for an outfit for a relative's wedding. Topeka store is hurting for inventory, so went to the Oak Park store in Overland Park. Must have tried on 20 outfits and had three associates making suggestions and assisting. Found just the right outfit.

Large selection of summer dresses to choose from. Bought a bunch of new clothes for my upcoming trip but only half of them worked out. Didnt try them on there because dressing rooms were not comfortable and it did take a long time to find a chaser to check out. Also their credit card systems were down so we ended up coming back an hour later to pay and pickup our clothes. Staff was trying to be helpful under the circumstances but they are definitely under staffed. Shoe section was busy and trying to find an associate to help with getting the right size was next to impossible so needless to say I didn't get the sandles I was looking at. They lost business because they didn't have the coverage needed to assist their guest. Would I go back, maybe. Will I go back, most likely not.
