How do you add a member to the account and can they get a card?

go to customer service and request for that service.....there's a $40 fee for that service

U have to go to the membership desk in the store..they'll do it in a couple minutes

You can go to the Sam's Club customer service desk . It might be a good idea to bring the person with you if possible. You might also check their website in case it can be done online.
