Dishonest service. My girlfriend took her car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The work order form stated they rotated the tires but upon seeing the car I could tell this was not done. One of the tires has a plug from a prior flat tire which was in the exact same spot from before she took the car in. Makes me wonder if they even changed the oil, untrustworthy work.

Antwerpen Hyundai of Catonsville has issues with communication. My car sat for a day before it was serviced. I called several times to get an answer to the status of my vehicle. Finally they answered and there was no consistency. Terrible place for service. Do not go there.
