Does it cost only $10 or plus additional fee

The annual fee on either the basic membership or black card membership is currently 39.00 and billed out of your bank account. The basic is 10.00 plus 1.00 enrollment fee and black card is 21.99 with free 2 hour parking and access to the spa. Dues come out of your account on the 17th of each month automatically and if you cancel before the 10th of the month th you wont be charged anything from there. It's no commitment right now and a great time to sign up. Very good deal and the annual fee goes to helping with equipment repairs and upkeep

And very important thing to keep in mind, in the event at any point for any reason regardless of the fact that it is a month to month no contract membership you may cancel, but that in no way implies that they will ever quit charging you credit/bank account your normal monthly bill. I canceled my membership 3 months ago and still being charged. Finally had to decide to pay my bank the $35 fee to cancel the transaction but considering it blocks any future charges from planet fitness which at this point is $35 well spent. Only wish I did it sooner and saved myself a chunk of money.

It is the membership fee. The $10 is the monthly fee only.

There is a yearly fee that gets applied but for me it wasn't applied until the 2nd month and it was $42. I would ask them when that yearly fee is applied.
