This is a very sad excuse for a gym. First off they have not updated their business hours, it's still inaccurate. Second the massage chairs/beds do not work well at all, you can hardly call it a massage. For $25 bucks a month that is ridiculous. I am also really concerned about the cancellation process, it's absolutely absurd and inconvenient to expect people to come in person. Not to mention the multiple other reviews I am seeing saying they were still charged after canceling. If I manage to cancel without them making it difficult, I will never come back. Plus what kind of gym makes you pay for parking!? Wish I could give 0 stars. Whoever is responding to these reviews is useless in helping.

They need to update their hours it says it's open 24 hours mon-thurs but i went last night at about 3:30am and the doors were locked and it was closed. I was very annoyed that I drove all the way there because google told me it was open. I don't know if they just have lazy employees who think it's okay to close up whenever but please update your hours if that's the case its very annoying.

I've done a lot of traveling on the road in the US and this is hands down the nicest Planet Fitness I've been to. Very spacious and accommodating of all levels. You will definitely be welcomed there.

There's a part on the app, it will ask if you want a call back
There is free parking behind the gate, drive up to the entry of the gate, print out your parking ticket/voucher and it's only good for two hours only if you are attending planet fitness. After you are done working out, show the front counter / staff your ticket, they will scan it and off you go. But remember, it's only 2 hours that is free. So right before your 2nd hour, I would go check out 15 min before your ticket expires.

The annual fee on either the basic membership or black card membership is currently 39.00 and billed out of your bank account. The basic is 10.00 plus 1.00 enrollment fee and black card is 21.99 with free 2 hour parking and access to the spa. Dues come out of your account on the 17th of each month automatically and if you cancel before the 10th of the month th you wont be charged anything from there. It's no commitment right now and a great time to sign up. Very good deal and the annual fee goes to helping with equipment repairs and upkeep
