Jesse, If that's the case and you're unhappy with your repairs please stop in and we'd be happy to go over everything. Cascade Collision might need to call your insurance and negotiate the repairs, parts, and further payment details with them before starting but that is 100% an option we can explore.
It's lame because the parts they put on my car are clearly older used more and worse condition then the original parts before the accident so you can clearly tell there's been work done on it. Isn't the idea to make it look like it was before the accident?
