They are quick and convenient. However they billed my insurance for an antibody test when i only Had a Covid test!

Fast, easy, and professional. Same-day PCR results and a convenient location.

Got there shortly after it opened and there was a line but it moved quickly. The workers were courteous, professional, and sympathetic that I had to get this test. They also recommended different tests to help me get answers. They were very efficient and kind, and I appreciate their help.

Their own website says they will never charge you for anything your insurance won’t pay for, but they charged the insurance and then billed us for the rest as an “out of network office visit”. I’m working with my insurance to process this again as a Covid related visit, but in the meantime I’ve gotten a second bill that makes me believe they’ll probably send this to collections. Wouldn’t recommend this place as it’s a billing nightmare. Edit: issues were resolved. It seemed like it was more of MedUSA and MotivHealth’s issue, but still frustrating to deal with all the billing issues. Added a couple stars for resolution

If my husband and I paid for a test to be done on Wednesday, Sept. 23rd can we instead come in on Tuesday, Sept. 22nd?

If you got your number with a bar code I'm Shure you can they go by the last 4 numbers of the code number

Do you guys do the rapid PCR test?

I don't think they do rapid. I've been tested here twice and neither time it was offered

If I was tested Nov 19 and was negative. My spouse was tested the same day but was positive. I now have symptom. Should I be tested now?

Yes, probably. In cases like this, it's possible your spouse was exposed first, and as a result you may have tested too early.
