**Update #2** No, you did NOT apologize. I'll be waiting for your managers in Arizona to call! **Update** Kayla said Crystal was crying for an hour after Crystal was rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. I guess you can't hold these snowflakes accountable for their LAZY work ethic! DONT GO TO CRYSTAL. She is rude, makes blatant lies, and hung the phone up on me and wont answer. I EXPECT A CALL AS PROMISED FROM KAYLA the "manager that doesn't work in the store or at any salon". I have never seen a haircut on my husband look so rediculous. If you are going to butcher Active Duty Military hair, then DON'T OFFER HAIRCUTS TO ANYONE IN THE MILITARY. He clearly stated the regulations he has to have, and you decided to do whatever you wanted. INSANE. Save yourself and buzz your own hair- that's what you'll have to do once you get home anyway!

Easy online scheduling (when not very busy), little wait, good job. People who schedule need to show up on time, and please don't schedule your whole family and be 14 minutes late.
