This place has great memberships, but the last two times I've been to this location, the stylists have always been late. The first time she was late, it was literally 15 minutes over my scheduled appointment time. The second time, 6 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I mean, it wouldn't be such a big deal if there were a discount for late stylists, because they certainly charge 'you' for no-showing or being late.. I'll start booking at the AF location...

2 of my last 3 haircuts required fixes after I returned home. I request a simple haircut, but the edges were crooked and it’s uneven all over, especially the back. You’ll get a better cut at Great Clips, Sports Clips, or cutting it yourself.
