They are awful. We had an emergency so we went into the ER and they took forever to come get us. I understand that people can be busy but it was a Sunday with nobody else in the waiting room. Staff was slow. Do not recommend if you have an emergency.

Went in for a panic attack. I had been up for days and couldn't get any sleep because of it, so went to their ER. I was told I needed to go in immediatley for a room based off my symptoms. From there I'm being told they wanted to run tests on me because it looked like there could be something worse. I was told by them my insurance would cover it. I have a bill now over 3,000 dollars from them. 1,000 for the room alone they had to rush me into. As usual hospitals are full of crooks and take advantange of people. Avoid this place if you can.

My husband went in for a kidney stone treatment to break up a large kidney stone. They couldn't get him in for a month so he patiently waited. The morning of his procedure they got him back and had to have 3 nurses attempt to get an IV going. By the time we arrived they were already running 90 minutes behind and told us they would provide updates as to when he would be taken back for his outpatient procedure. Hours passed with no one checking on him. He had been fasting since the day before and was not allowed pain meds to help with the pain. As the day went on he was becoming more and more stressed and anxious. Finally they came in 3 hours after his appointed time and told him he was next but they didn't come to get him for 2 more hours. He had a panic attack due to pain and stress and I had to alert the nurses that we was in serious need of attention. Finally they gave him some pain med and told him that they had "accidentally take other patients back before him." I guess this had been the case all day. The nurses spend the day out chatting at the desk in the hall and didn't bother to come in and check on him or give him any updates. His procedure was done 5 1/2 hours late and no one seemed bothered that they provided no communication on why this was. Worst hospital experience ever. Would not recommend this hospital to anyone ever!
