I have been calling for a phone interview for 2 days with a nothing but run around, does anyone there know their JOB. Frustrated and drove back down there, no one can still give an answer they said keep calling the number. The lady that’s answering says she doesn’t do phone interviews What in the complete HELL! I’m at a complete loss. Makes no sense to keep going there when the employees can’t even answer a question.

There are times when i call and i get nice people that don't sound so annoyed by a simple hello. But today i spoke with someone and as soon as i answered she just sounded so rude and didnt even want to hear me out or give me options when someone else had already given me other options and just wanted to go through those options again because i had forgotten it but she just said to buy insurance through marketplace instead of trying to help me find some kind of other option. I understand its tiring to be on the phone all day with questions that may be repetitive but thats a job someone does... not everyone knows the answer which is why we call to ask. Listen to the conversations some of your employees have with people who call and you'll hear how rude they are....

I don’t understand any of the previous reviews. Kindest government place I have ever walked into. I went 3 separate times even! Each time they were seriously so helpful & so kind. They explained in detail the things we needed to do, and answered questions of ours patiently & kindly. I appreciate them so so much!!

I just spoke to Barton on the phone. I am a business owner in American Fork and I received a request for position and salary information. The form has been very confusing, but Barton called me and we were able to get it all reported within 5 minutes. Plus, he was very personable and even joked around with me on the call. I went from frustrated and confused to relieved that this to-do item was done. Thanks for the help!
